Pairing & Matching

How we match mentors and mentees.

Every pair is intentional. Here's what we weigh.

  1. Career Interests & Major

We start with your goals and find the person who can help you reach them.

  2. Availability & Time Zone

1:1s only work if both can show up, so schedules and time zones matter.

  3. Industry & Identity Preferences

On request, we match for shared identity, experience, or industry.

  4. Growth Goals

The clearer your goals in the application, the sharper the match.
