LeadershipU is an 8-week virtual leadership accelerator designed for upperclassmen college students. Through mentorship, skill-building, and innovation, participants emerge as confident, career-ready changemakers.

• Launch: Summer 2026

• Cohort Size: 30 Students

• Format: Paired Groups + Interactive Workshops

• Capstone: Student-led Leadership Innovation Projects

Final presentations will be judged by a panel of industry professionals.
Top 4 students will be selected based on:

• Innovation

• Leadership potential

• Presentation excellence

Winners will take part in a professional video shoot and receive admissions to to a major industry conference where they’ll network, gain exposure, and accelerate their careers.
